Overall very skilled and definetely a provider, that I will use again. This project was a half-completed website, that the provider had to take over development on. They quickly analyzed the site and the tasks at hand. During the project, they had a server breakdown, which took one of the major developers off the project. That was why the project became late. I could wish for a better "fallback-plan", as I got no response from this developer during the time it took him to re-establish the server. But when things got tight (because of deadline), everyone made en extra effort to finish everything. Praise for that.

First of all, they have very talented designers for sure. Also John and his team members are very kind and responsive. If you know exactly what you want, I am sure that they will deliver it to you any way you want. We worked for three months together and they delivered what I asked for and I am very satisfied with their work.

We needed a corporate website developed with a dynamic content management system and full shopping cart/e-commerce functionality. The project scope was large relative to budget, and I was initially skeptical that the entire project would be developed on schedule and on budget. New Generation Digital, lead by John and ably assisted by his team, pleasantly surprised me delivering on both counts. They were polite, professional, competent, and extremely responsive throughout the scoping, development, and QA processes. They know what they are doing. They work hard. And they deliver top quality work.

There was a final snag when it emerged that our hosting provider would not support our required environment. They found a creative solution, and they delivered the project on time and on budget. John is a pleasure to work with as a project manager. Klaas, among other things, implemented a smooth UI that operates well with many drupal modules. Marcin has developed very innovative solutions to tough requirements. And team members I''ve had less direct contact with all contributed professionally. My only reservation is that I asked for a lot of requirements to be met in a short timeframe, and the project is running behind schedule.
