| Module Description | |
|---|---|
| Aggregator2 |
This module aggregates content from XML feeds.RSS 2.0, ATOM 1.0 & RDF 1.0 are supported, but its architecture is easily expandable to support any XML format. |
| Video Transcode for Drupal 4.7 |
Binserver was one of the -- if not the -- first to create a full video transcoding (Youtube) system for Drupal as a module. |
| Audio Import Module2 |
This custom module imports mp3 files into Drupal nodes and converts each to various audio formats including: WAV, OGG, AIFF. The module further creates a wave form graphic of the sound. It was designed to import 10,000 sound files per batch. |
| User Node Relation |
The User-Node Relation module, a.k.a. nurel, is a module that uses one node to make a relation between a node and a user. This is useful in situations where users want to add nodes to their favorites list, a shopping cart, etc. Using a node to link another node and a user is useful because it allows us to add fields to the relation. For example, if you add a node to your favorites list you may want to select a category or add a description. |
| Tipit |
It's different from the standard Pay Pal tip jar in that is it not bound to a single website giving every user their own way to receive donations. The donation or tip amount variables may be set in advance or left blank. It has javascript mouseover functionality so users never leave the page -- just mouseover, click and keep reading. http://drupal.org/project/tipit |
| Facebook custom photo application |
InMycloset Facebook app allows users to tag items of clothes in photos and lend them out |
| Video Egg Module |
This is a bridge between the VideoEgg service and the CMS so that the videos uploaded from within the cms (drag and drop) become content to be edited and manipulated like any other type - text, audio, now video. |
| The iDecider |
iDecider is an advanced module used for finding items on the fly, based on certain criteria. You can select criteria and have matching items appear in real time. The module also offers support for mobile devices such as the iPhone. I provided links to some of our designs custom module work in the bid. You can find additional information at http://binserver.com You were a bit cryptic regarding exactly what sort of user data would be uploaded. It doesnt matter. Still I wanted to call your attention to the iDecider . I'm not sure that its relevant but it might be. We created a Drupal module called IDecider which is interesting for helping users narrow down sets of information to derive a result or best choice. The key is that its fun to use. It might be a fun way for users to interact with your data or an optional method of interaction -- particularly useful for mobile users. Please see this demo http://binserver.com/content/idecider-demo-1 It is tightly integrated with the CMS and is therefore a snap to administrate and add new factors. . I believe multiple factors (location, town , zip whatever , etc ) could be involved when choosing whatever it is they may be choosing or looking for. Factors can be chosen by the user or ignored. Please see the demo. http://binserver.com/content/idecider-iphone-an... NOTE: iDecider (DEMO - http://idecider.net ) is fully iPhone compliant and doubles as an iPhone interface for a Drupal site in addition to being a stand alone search and decision aid. It was specifically designed to work with the Safari browser on a mobile platform. |
